A tea blend dedicated to my holler, featuring some of our most beloved plants I grow every year. Peach leaf and rose cool and soothe on muggy days, tulsi honors my Indian neighbor who grew up drinking it, oatstraw comes from my cherished milky oats patch, and lemon balm grows wild in the garden. I love it best as an iced tea, though it is tasty hot as well.
